This year, Christmas came a little earlier for me!

JBL Reflect Mini is by far the lightest and smallest Bluetooth earphones that feature the legendary JBL sound and a premium feel to end it with. Because of its extremely light weighted yet long lasting comfort features, it allows me to use for all ranges of activities, from walking, jogging to even long train rides home. Not forgetting that the earphone is sweat proof and designed to stay securely in place during rigorous exercise as well. And what is even more thoughtful, the earphones were designed in highly reflective cable which is ideally meant for ultimate visibility at night for others to watch out for me. It's really heart warming to realize that our safety were being put into consideration while designing this beautiful piece.

Additionally with a built-in Microphone, answering phone calls with convenience is never an issue for me anymore.   



Sound Quality
Its premium 5.8mm dynamic drivers deliver the legendary JBL sound with range from highs through mids. How about the bass? It's even more amazing.

Battery Life Span
A good fully charged can last me up to 8 straight hours!

Misfit Ray

Probably a week ago, i received my first ever activity tracker from @Misfit. I was very excited for it indeed.

"Fashion, Wellness & Intelligence."

Misfit focuses on these core values to deliver an excellent experience to its users.
With style in mind, I must admit that it has got to be one of the stylish activity tracker so far I've ever seen in the market. It goes along pretty well with most of my fashion outfits, and that's really great to realize.







The rubber strips make it really comfortable to equip with, whether it's for a sports activity or just a fashion statement. The battery that was provided along with the box are said to be able to last for 4-6 months, and no charging are required.

Personally, having it to remind me with vibrations on calls, messages or even morning alarms really make it comes in handy as part of my every day essential. Taking selfies or controlling music from my phone is something that can now be done swiftly, via Misfit as well.

Full review on Leagoo Shark 1

An awesome week with Leagoo Shark 1... 

And before i go about sharing my personal experience with Leagoo Shark 1, you probably want to refer to my previous post for a quick glance at this awesome piece if you've yet to!




For a new phone brand entry like Leagoo Shark 1, it's actually doing pretty fine, honestly speaking. With the everlasting battery life, i get to enjoy browsing through my favorite social platforms on the boring train rides, without worrying about the low battery situation. I no longer have to compromise my bright HD screen for a power saving mode, while catching videos online too. Speaking of which, it can also act as a portable charger for my friend too with its power sharing feature. Goodbye to portable chargers :)



As for portable wise, the phone itself is actually pretty heavy, but i guess its all good since i don't really mind. It's still within comfortable hand grip for me, and i guess that's more important in consideration on phones.

We all have documents, messages or even pictures that can be really personal and this is where the New Generation of Fingerprint ID 3.0 comes in handy. I was amazed at how fast the unlock process takes, as fast as 0.39s! It offers privacy and security for your personal data with a little sense of classic design at the back of the phone. I really love this thoughtful function right here!



Performance/Security over Camera? 

If you're thinking to try this phone out, this is a question you might want to consider. Not that the camera is terrible, but  if you're comparing it to well-known camera phones like Samsung or iPhone, Leagoo Shark 1 still definitely has room for improvement i would say. But less on comparing, the camera is in fact pretty decent for daily life usage!

So, here are my two cents...

Leagoo @ First Glance

Earlier on in the late April 2016, during its first launch in Singapore, the very first batch was completely sold out to retailers!
Yes, its none other than Leagoo Shark 1!
A brand new smartphone that offers really as competitive battery life and camera functions as other big brands out there in the market.  

And again, i was one of the really fortunate one to be receiving the kind invitation from Leagoo, to try the new piece out!  

Having to pick among three different sets of colors, i went with the classic Champagne gold!
A Quick Glance: Whats in the box

The piece is running with Android OS, a very familiar OS to most of us. With its extremely user friendly interface, i find it not of any problem to browse around comfortably.

Its display panel comprising the LTPS technology coupled with a pixel density of up to 368 ppi brings users a really incredible viewing experience, not only for video playback but also while surfing the Internet.

Fingerprint Sensor

The phone uses the latest generation of fingerprint censors where its unlock speed can be as fast as 0.39 seconds, while still maintaining maximum security. Fingerprint ID 3.0 is a safe, comfortable, convenient and fast technology that gives users a brand new experience!

Full Review / ASUS ZenFone Max

My 2 weeks experience with ASUS ZenFone Max

Generally, the phone is pretty decent. Whats amazing about it, was its super long durable battery life that can last me for about 3 - 4 days before the next charge. Someone like me who often use my phone for browsing social platforms, i must say the phone really can last.

Next, i like to mention about its camera performance since it's the core i look at when selecting a phone for myself. ASUS ZenFone Max has an f/2.0-aperture lens that captures stunning, high resolution photos with zero shutter lag. It's pretty amazing given the affordable market price of the phone.

Its beautiful 5.5 inch IPS HD panel with latest generation Corning^®Gorilla^® Glass 4 offers double the drop-damage resistance along with a more than comfortable video viewing experience.

Whats Inside the Box


Apart from the usual charger, charging cables, warranty card etc, something different in the box would be the linkage cable to provide charging point from ASUS ZenFoneMax, yes using it as a powerbank.

Lately, i'm certainly humbled yet privilege enough, to be given the opportunity to try out the brand new Alcatel Flash 2, before its official release date in Singapore. One thing for sure, its camera function is superb. It is unbelievable how a phone camera can be this powerful and superior so much so the photo quality resembles of a DSLR. So if you're thinking that a professional DSLR camera is too much of a load to carry around, consider Alcatel Flash 2!



  I've always think that when it comes to mobile photography, nothing wins big brands like Apple or Samsung. Not until I tried Alcatel Flash 2, my opinion changes.  

With 13MP S5K3M2 ISOCELL sensor, f/2.0 aperture and 0.3 seconds Phase Detection Auto Focus, Flash 2 captures every specific details that is essential to a superior image. Not forgetting that the RealTone flash gives an extra advantage in low light condition while maintaining the colours as true as possible to real life, for both the rear and front(5MP) camera.



     Alcatel Flash 2 was ergonomically designed to fit perfectly in any hand. The non-slip and mark-free curved back keeps the device spotless and dirt-free at all times.
